Cancellation Policy
All appointments are subject to approval. Please note that the calendar functions as a request form and may not reflect real-time availability. To confirm your preferred date and time, contact us via email or the website contact form. We do not offer refunds. We closely monitor weather conditions leading up to your event. Typically, forecasts become reliable about three days prior to the scheduled date. If inclement weather is expected, we will reach out to discuss available options. When necessary, we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued due to uncontrollable weather conditions; however, a complimentary reschedule will always be offered. If you need to reschedule, your credit will remain valid for up to six months.
